There are no cash refunds on Hair Ka'Toir. We will offer exchange only within 7 days. Hair must be returned in the same condition as purchased.

 

 

The following are general human hair care instructions:  

 

1. Shampoo and condition hair regularly 

 

2. Detangle hair gently before washing.

 

3. Add mild shampoo to cool water and massage hair until clean. Rinse thoroughly.

4. Blot out excess water with towel and allow hair to dry naturally.

 

5. To detangle hair, brush from the end to the roots with either fingers or a wide-tooth comb. 

 

6.  Please consult your hair stylist if there is any doubt about your specific hair care needs.

 

7. Hair may become tangled if general hair care instructions are not followed properly.
